As Global Head of AI Platform & Engineering at Aon, Raju Debroy leads enterprise AI engineering and platform strategy. His active projects focus on embedding AI and agentic solutions into core broking services to support Aon’s $1B 3x3 growth strategy, including implementing an "Ingest-Enhance-Activate" data framework.
