Bijit Ghosh is Managing Director and Head of AI/ML, Data & Cloud Engineering at Wells Fargo, where he leads the platform and engineering organization responsible for putting generative and agentic AI into production across one of the largest banks in the United States. His remit spans the AI/ML platform, the enterprise data fabric, and the cloud foundations that make safe, governed AI at scale possible — covering everything from foundation-model serving and agent orchestration to feature stores, lineage, and policy enforcement. Across two decades of engineering leadership at Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America and earlier hyperscaler roles, Bijit has built a reputation for translating frontier research into regulated-enterprise reality.
