With experience building data capabilities inside fast-growing fintech environments, Ayo works closely with executive teams to design the governance frameworks, infrastructure, and organisational practices required for AI to deliver sustained business value. Her current focus includes enterprise AI governance, agentic systems, and the transition toward AI-native organisations where data and automation are embedded directly into decision-making processes.</p>
