<p>Damian&nbsp;Boh&nbsp;is&nbsp;Vice&nbsp;President&nbsp;and&nbsp;AI&nbsp;Data&nbsp;Scientist&nbsp;at&nbsp;Nomura,&nbsp;working&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;intersection&nbsp;of&nbsp;generative&nbsp;AI,&nbsp;agentic&nbsp;systems,&nbsp;and&nbsp;enterprise&nbsp;deployment&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;International&nbsp;AI&nbsp;Centre&nbsp;of&nbsp;Excellence.&nbsp;He&nbsp;is&nbsp;based&nbsp;in&nbsp;Singapore.</p><p></p><p>Damian&nbsp;previously&nbsp;worked&nbsp;at&nbsp;United&nbsp;Overseas&nbsp;Bank,&nbsp;where&nbsp;he&nbsp;delivered&nbsp;end-to-end&nbsp;machine&nbsp;learning&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;across&nbsp;a&nbsp;range&nbsp;of&nbsp;business&nbsp;use&nbsp;cases,&nbsp;including&nbsp;an&nbsp;AI-driven&nbsp;portfolio&nbsp;optimization&nbsp;model,&nbsp;recognized&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;2024&nbsp;Asian&nbsp;Banking&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Finance&nbsp;and&nbsp;Cloudera&nbsp;Data&nbsp;Impact&nbsp;Awards.&nbsp;He&nbsp;also&nbsp;helped&nbsp;enable&nbsp;and&nbsp;scale&nbsp;generative&nbsp;AI&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;across&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;business&nbsp;units.</p><p></p><p>Drawing&nbsp;on&nbsp;his&nbsp;background&nbsp;in&nbsp;scientific&nbsp;research&nbsp;and&nbsp;experience&nbsp;establishing&nbsp;AI&nbsp;and&nbsp;STEM&nbsp;learning&nbsp;programs,&nbsp;Damian&nbsp;combines&nbsp;technical&nbsp;depth&nbsp;with&nbsp;practical&nbsp;engineering&nbsp;and&nbsp;stakeholder&nbsp;collaboration&nbsp;to&nbsp;deliver&nbsp;real-world&nbsp;business&nbsp;impact.</p>
