<p>David&nbsp;Low&nbsp;is&nbsp;Head&nbsp;of&nbsp;Technology&nbsp;at&nbsp;Vertex&nbsp;Holdings,&nbsp;where&nbsp;he&nbsp;leads&nbsp;the&nbsp;firm&#39;s&nbsp;technology&nbsp;and&nbsp;Labs&nbsp;functions,&nbsp;including&nbsp;its&nbsp;proprietary&nbsp;investment&nbsp;platform,&nbsp;AI&nbsp;capabilities,&nbsp;corporate&nbsp;IT&nbsp;and&nbsp;cybersecurity.</p><p></p><p>David&nbsp;brings&nbsp;over&nbsp;15&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;AI,&nbsp;data&nbsp;science&nbsp;and&nbsp;technology&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;across&nbsp;the&nbsp;public&nbsp;and&nbsp;private&nbsp;sectors.&nbsp;Prior&nbsp;to&nbsp;joining&nbsp;Vertex,&nbsp;he&nbsp;was&nbsp;Director&nbsp;of&nbsp;AI&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Machine&nbsp;Learning&nbsp;at&nbsp;Singtel,&nbsp;where&nbsp;he&nbsp;led&nbsp;enterprise-wide&nbsp;AI&nbsp;initiatives&nbsp;and&nbsp;scaled&nbsp;machine&nbsp;learning&nbsp;capabilities&nbsp;serving&nbsp;millions&nbsp;of&nbsp;customers.</p><p></p><p>Earlier&nbsp;in&nbsp;his&nbsp;career,&nbsp;David&nbsp;was&nbsp;Head&nbsp;of&nbsp;Data&nbsp;Science&nbsp;at&nbsp;CardsPal,&nbsp;a&nbsp;Standard&nbsp;Chartered&nbsp;Ventures-backed&nbsp;fintech&nbsp;company,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Co-founder&nbsp;and&nbsp;Chief&nbsp;Data&nbsp;Scientist&nbsp;of&nbsp;Pand.ai,&nbsp;a&nbsp;conversational&nbsp;AI&nbsp;startup&nbsp;serving&nbsp;financial&nbsp;institutions.&nbsp;</p>
