As Vice President, Impact Insights and Analytics at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, she spearheads enterprise-wide impact evaluation, optimizing reporting across 15 community hubs and 4 business lines. Katelyn's expertise lies in translating complex research into actionable strategies, as evidenced by her past success at the YWCA of Metro Chicago, where she launched data dashboards and expanded public advocacy. An Adjunct Faculty member at Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business, she teaches "Decision Strategy" to MBA students, focusing on high-stakes decision-making in impact-driven environments.
